UFO YT Pipeline Session 14 (2026-03-19): Completed first full process-scripts run. Processed 18 Gemini Gem A scripts on "UFOs and Nuclear Weapons Facilities" into 16 production manifests (1 duplicate cut). All 5 B-grade scripts refined to A grade. Key refinements: B-52 vs The Orb (LGM, sharper hook), Nukes: The UFO Magnet (Faceless, cover-up angle hook), I Can See Your Missiles (Grey, first-person perspective), The Radioactive Message (Mantis, wasp nest as hook image), The Dulce Connection (Reptilian, committed to ceiling-cracking concept). Made 3 character overrides from Gemini suggestions. Updated process-scripts skill with new policy: B-grade scripts get refined until they meet A-grade criteria, no script ships at B. Also redesigned both Gems this session: Gem A now two-phase (25 scripts then cull to 15-20), Gem B keeps angle curation but CHARACTER is suggestion-only. Claude has final say on all character casting. Manifests committed to pipeline/manifests/2026-03-19-a1/. Batch is production-ready pending Phase 3 (ElevenLabs integration).
