Medicaid Application Data Gathering Project (NC DMA-5043) - Full Status Update PROJECT LOCATION: ~/Library/Mobile Documents/com.apple.CloudDocs/Projects/Medicaid-Application/ WHAT THIS IS: Gathering self-employment income and expenses for The Custom Tattoo Company to fill out NC Medicaid application forms. Two parts: (1) transcribed last year's handwritten form data as reference templates, (2) gathering this year's data digitally from email, calendar, and bank records. DATE RANGE: June 2025 through March 2026 (picking up where last application left off) COMPLETED FILES: - data/income.csv: 62 income records from previous year (June 2024 - June 2025), transcribed from photos - data/expenses.csv: 80 expense records across 7 categories from previous year - data/summary.md: Photo-to-content mapping, category breakdowns, automation guidance - data/2025-2026/appointments.csv: 53 tattoo appointments extracted from Google Calendar (colorId "8" = tattoo appointments). Process remaining 55 Jul-Aug 2025 emails (IDs in /tmp/missing_julaug.txt) 2. Parse the 10 already-read Jul-Aug emails into CSV rows 3. Verify Nov-Dec 2025 coverage (may be in batch2 or may have gaps) 4. Combine ALL batch CSVs into single unified bank_transactions.csv 5. Normalize all dates to MM/DD/YYYY format 6. Deduplicate pending vs posted transactions 7.
