ChatGPT Plus has no user-accessible invoice or billing history portal. The Account settings only show plan name, renewal date, and a "Manage" dropdown with Upgrade and Cancel options. No link to Stripe billing portal, no invoice downloads, no order history for subscription charges. The "Orders" tab in settings is only for product purchases (like GPT credits), not subscription billing. If you need ChatGPT billing proof, your only options are bank/card statements or contacting OpenAI support directly.
