Phase 9: DB + Queue Infrastructure (blog_posts, long_form_videos, flux_asset_library tables, throttle system with 10 short + 3 long-form backlog cap). Phase 10: Shorts Production Pipeline (Flux asset library integration, native thumbnail bake-in, TikTok variant rendering). Phase 11: Long-Form Video Pipeline (NotebookLM intake, Remotion LongFormComposition with news desk PIP format, 1-2 Hedra clips per video).
