Open Brain Session 15 - Gmail bridge blocklist: Added sender and subject pattern filtering to the Gmail Apps Script to stop marketing/transactional emails from flooding action_items table. Covers noreply senders, status alerts, promos, billing notifications, password resets, etc. Includes allowlist override for real contacts. Google Voice texts/voicemails intentionally not blocked. Script change is in reference/instructions/gmail-bridge.md but needs manual copy to script.google.com.

Gmail Apps Script: always check for "unsubscribe" in the FULL email body before truncating for capture. Marketing emails put unsubscribe links at the bottom, well past any reasonable truncation limit (e.g. 5000 chars). First version of the Open Brain Gmail bridge missed this and let through Michaels, Old Farmer's Almanac, Marriott, and other marketing emails.
