[Open Brain] Session 17 - Meta DM Scanner: Created Cowork automation for Mac Mini that scans Meta Business Suite unified inbox (Instagram + Facebook DMs) daily at 5:30 AM EDT via Control Chrome MCP. Alert system only, no client stub creation (email is source of truth for client records, DM display names are unreliable). Classifies DMs as booking inquiry/question/maybe/noise, posts to Slack, captures summary to Open Brain. Fits between Notion sync (4 AM) and brain digest (6 AM). All 9 Open Brain capture points now complete. Meta Graph API noted as long-term upgrade path.

Dave Tedder's preferred social media text format for video content includes: Facebook captions, Instagram captions, Facebook titles (4 variations) with one description used underneath all four titles, TikTok text, Threads post text, a YouTube Shorts title, and a separate Facebook Reels description underneath the regular Facebook description.

As of March 2026, Dave Tedder's content pipeline: Sony camera > Adobe Lightroom > Later.com > Instagram/Facebook > WordPress portfolio. Instagram is his primary marketing channel, Facebook is secondary. DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
