OK so back to my brother Chris Weaver's Neighbourhood beautification project what he has been doing as he has been clearing out a whole bunch of the mulch and stuff like that upfront he even had a neighbor stop and offered to help him and that guy worked on an island up there and I told him that he should check next-door.com to see if people have been talking about him
