ENN Rebrand Brainstorm (2026-03-23, Session 30): Locked creative direction for Exo News Network. Channel is a straight-faced alien news network reporting on humans. Characters are broadcasters: Rex Sskal (Reptilian, bro humor anchor), Kaelon Pol (Grey, dry deadpan), Praxon Pallex (Mantis, Sheldon-type know-it-all), Grix Glibbert (LGM, George Costanza neurotic). All in broadcaster suits, pope/priest/lab/jumpsuit outfits retired. Faceless category eliminated. All 43 existing shorts scrapped for rewrite. Content plan: 1 short/day, 1 long-form/week (NotebookLM video overview with character intro/outro), TikTok variants, blog posts for every video on exonewsnetwork.com. Gemini produces 13 scripts+blogs per session, self-edits to 10, Claude gates at 90+ (0-100 scale). Throttle: 10 short / 3 long-form backlog cap, produce 7+1 per week. Flux asset library for reuse. Launch date pushed from April 1 to TBD. Pre-build needed next session to map new implementation phases.

PORTRAIT SELECTIONS (Dave approved): - Grey: Already had LoRA portraits from Phase 1.5 proof of concept - Reptilian: Option 2 from LoRA candidates (military uniform, dark background, yellow eyes, horns) - Mantis: External image Dave placed in "Dave Select" folder (white lab coat, tie, green head, yellow compound eyes, antennae) - Little Green Man: External image Dave placed in "Dave Select" folder (chibi proportions, lime-green skin, big black eyes, ball-tipped antennae, light hoodie) R2 UPLOADS: All 4 characters have canonical portraits uploaded to Cloudflare R2 bucket "ufo-uap-pipeline-assets" at {slug}/default.png. Grey also has fullbody.png and threequarter.png. Grey's URL was normalized from a relative path to match the others.
